The first time we played them we just face guarded their best player. They would send double screens and try to go 5 out to spread out our Man to Man Defense. We ended up winning the game, but we should have won by double digits. Only issue we ran into was not working over on screens with a good shooter. We definitely worked on that in practice after that game. I assume other coach will make adjustments on this game and I thought a box and 1 will help with those adjustments. Appreciate your thoughts coach and I will run that, "Star Stopper," drill in practice tomorrow morning.
